What i see is people in front of a building half of the picture is in black and white and the other i colored.the colors i see is black white blue yellow orange purple green brown red.some words that might relate to this picture is different changed colorful.the mood that his picture give me is happy because people are walking and looking like their are happy.what i think the meaning of this picture is that they might be trying to show the changes in the world.this picture uses the rule of thirds because the main focus is in the middle of the picture.
